This year the FallEQ Celebration will be September 18 through the 19th at the beautiful Fort Buenaventura in Ogden, Utah.
Gate times:
Friday the 18th the gate opens at noon and will close at 10pm. Bands and others can enter, based on our security's discretion, after gate hours if needed. You can exit at any time.
Saturday the 19th the gate opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. Again, bands will be admitted by our security team.
Ticket prices will be released as soon as the organizers go through the proposed budget.
Early Entry:
Setup crew can come in Thursday and camp (non-dedicated spots). Dedicated camp spots are first come, first serve so if you want to come in Thursday to ensure a spot for the event, talk to Weber County camp hosts about paying for your spot in-advance for Thursday evening, after Thursday night all camping is included as part of your ticket fee.
Late Entry:
If you come in late, and you are not a band or DJ who needs to load in gear, plan on parking east of the meadow area, no driving over the bridge please.
Bands & DJs:
Don't assume you have plus-ones. Make sure to discuss with Ryan or Matt your exact needs and give them the full (real) names of your band members for admittance.
Exit and Re-Entry:
If you need to leave for work or to care for your skin or fur children, please park outside of the gate to minimize inside traffic. You can drive in and drop your gear, but then park outside the gate to come and go from the park, or ride your bike. Keep your wristband on, if you "lose" it, you will have to purchase another.
RVs and Large Trailers:
There is an extra $25 fee for vehicles or campers that take up roughly more than one parking space. One motor home can take up three tent or car spots, that is why there is an extra fee. Hook-ups are extremely limited, so don't plan on them.
Dogs:
At this time, Weber County doesn't want dogs admitted. If the dog policy should change, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
Exodus:
Noon on Sunday the 20th. Please have your camps clean and leave the park by noon. If you plan to camp Sunday night, you can pay Weber County $18 per campsite (two tents) to stay an additional night.
Children:
Children 12 and under are free and can be admitted with a legal, responsible guardian. Guardians should have a mobile phone and the phone number will be written on the child's wristband. All children should be within reasonable eye site of the sober, conscious guardian at all times. Children 13-17 are charged the regular ticket price.
Seniors:
Those aged over 65 are admitted for free. Make sure to bring you ID to claim this gift.
Best Way to Participate:
We really encourage everyone to bring what they need to be self-sustaining and to prepare to stay the entire weekend. Bring love, art and food to share. Enjoy your home-away-from-home and have a good time.
Thank you all!
