First off, above is our greeter leads, Jeff and Sarah. Say hi to them and give them mad loves!
At gate we will have two hired security persons 24-7 and volunteer greeters during busy hours. The security crew is responsible for checking IDs and managing ticket money. The greeters will help you with knowing what you need to know about the event such as where to camp or park, dog rules, kids rules and more. They will also give you your wristbands.
We are a private event. So you may be asked about what band you are coming to see or who invited you. We also really want people to stay the whole weekend, so if you do not have camping gear in your car, you may be asked to park outside the gate.
Other things,
- You must preset your ID
- If you are bringing a dog in, you must have a dog contract
- You cannot bring in children under 18 that you are not a parent or legal guardian of
- If your are in a band or are a DJ that is scheduled you will have to present your real name and ID
- If you need to leave the event for work or other reasons you'll need to park outside the gate
- RVs take up a lot of room, if you bring in an RV it is an exta $20 if you take up more space than a typical truck
- If you don't know anything about the dog contract be prepared to have the dog's license information and $15 for your dog pass
